摘要: Microcystins (MCs) are common cyanotoxins produced by harmful cyanobacterial blooms (HCBs) and severely threaten human ecosystems health. Biodegradation is an efficient sustainable biological strategy for MCs removal. Many novel findings in fundamental knowledge application potential of MC-biodegradation have been documented. Little effort has devoted to summarize comment recent research progress on MC-biodegradation, discuss the problems gaps. This review deals with current scenario aerobic anaerobic biodegradation MCs. Diverse organisms capable degrading encapsulated. Enzymatic mechanisms influence factors regulating summarized discussed, which essential assessing reducing MC-risks during HCBs episodes. Also, we propose some ideas solve challenges bottleneck practical gaps promising methods deserve special attention. may provide new insights future direction research, order further broaden its prospects bioremediation.
