摘要: The rotifer ( Brachionus plicatilis Muller) was cultured by feeding on phytoplankton monocultures Nannochloropsis sp. and Isochrysis galbana ), mixed algal cultures + ; at 1:1 ratio), a probiotic culture Bacillus licheniformis MTCC 6824 ratio). Biochemical compositions of rotifers fed different diets were determined day 4 the culture. Protein total lipid levels maximum when with I. (46.02 ± 0.226% 36.1 0.07% respectively). Though dry matter content highest in (5.4 0.1%), ash free weight for those Carbohydrate (14.62 0.1%) Total amino acids excluding tryptophan found to be 28.93 g 100 rotifer-1 energy per gram sample 17.61 K calories Rotifer density, lipid, carbohydrate protein indicate that these are most suitable rotifer.
