摘要: We fabricated a low-loss TM-pass polariser at λ = 1.32 μm integrated with titanium waveguides in Z-cut LiNbO3. The polariser, by proton exchange, had an excess insertion loss of 0.3 dB and polarisation extinction ratio > 40dB.
