摘要: Cu nanoparticles surface-capped by alkanethiols were synthesized using ligand exchange method in a two-phase system. The effects of synthetic conditions, including the pH value CuSO4 solution, ratio cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide to CuSO4, and reaction temperature, on size shape as-synthesized investigated. As-synthesized with different chain lengths (CxS-Cu) characterized means X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry, ultraviolet–visible light spectrometry. tribological behavior CxS-Cu as an additive liquid paraffin was evaluated four-ball machine. Results indicate that plays important role controlling dispersion before adding modifier octanethiol into solution. possess excellent antiwear friction-reduction performance because deposition nano-Cu low melting point worn steel surface leading formation self-repairing protective layer thereon.
