Resilience and Young People Leaving Care: Overcoming the odds

摘要: A literature review exploring the factors affecting young people leaving care as they move to adulthood and independence. As leave face a variety of challenges. Some meet overcome these challenges, yet others struggle. This found gap in on resilience among care. It therefore draws upon research studies completed last twenty years which have captured experiences, views reflections themselves. In reviewing evidence, report captures different stages or contexts peoples' experiences: - their journeys through care, including an exploration stability, continuity attachment, identity, education, leisure preparation, transitions from lives after impact 'leaving care' policy.
