摘要: Saruplase is an unglucosylated single-chain recombinant urokinase-type plasminogen activator. Dose finding studies in patients with acute myocardial infarction indicated that a dose of 80 mg saruplase, given as bolus 20 and iv infusion 60 one hour, led to excellent patency figures.
