摘要: The electronic thermal transport in metallic nanofilms has been extensively studied. There are, however, rare reports on the influence of phonon and electrical transports films. In present work, equilibrium molecular dynamics with embedded-atom method is used to investigate lattice conductivity a single-crystalline copper film. results show that contribution total relatively small, nevertheless enhanced compared bulk copper. low-dimensional system films characterized by elastic continuum model. addition traditional boundary scattering, reduced group velocity Debye temperature are taken into account discuss finite size effect resistivity resistivity.
