摘要: Abstract Opioid receptors are expressed in the brain during fetal and postnatal development, expression patterns vary with developmental age. To investigate role of opioids immunoblotting immunohistochemical techniques were used to determine μ (MOR) δ (DOR) opioid receptor levels regional distributions fetal, early adult rat brainstem. Two immunoreactive bands seen on Western blots brainstem lysates for both MOR (50 70 kDa) DOR (30 60 kDa). The isoforms changed dramatically between 6 15 days after birth. Total protein was at low animals 50-kDa band predominating. then increased older 70-kDa isoform became dominant. showed opposite pattern, being high neonatal juvenile adult. A switch not evident our study. In general, developing comparable those reported literature, localized same areas where high. It concluded that developmentally regulated rat, ratio switches postnatally from a fetal–neonatal pattern juvenile–adult generally regions E16
