摘要: Background and purpose: Several risk factors for aneurysmal subarachnoid haemorrhage have been identified but it is not known whether some sites of aneurysms are linked to a specific factor. In series patients with haemorrhage, we compared according the site ruptured aneurysm at circle Willis. Methods: From our prospectively collected database admitted hospital between 2003 2007, retrieved 304 saccular on anterior communicating artery, middle cerebral posterior basilar artery vertebral artery. Risk (age, gender, smoking, no or excessive alcohol intake, hypertension familial preponderance) were assessed per location as reference. We calculated odds ratios (ORs) corresponding 95% CI. Results: comparison those less associated age >55 years (OR 0.4; CI 0.2 0.8), male gender 0.9) more consumption 5.8; 1.1 29.9). Conclusion: differ aneurysm. This heterogeneity should be kept in mind studies aetiology aneurysms, such genetic studies.
