摘要: OBJECTIVE Divers with a history of decompression sickness may be at high risk for sleep problems. However, limited studies have investigated the relationship between diving exposure and problems occupational divers. This study association quality quantity among male divers in southern Taiwan. METHODS descriptive, cross-sectional included 52 121 non-divers recruited from Taiwan 2018. Survey data were collected using Taiwanese version Hospital Anxiety Depression Scale, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, Epworth Sleepiness self-report questionnaire that demographic variables, exposure/protocols, factors associated quality. RESULTS Among all participants examined, significantly more likely to both poor (adjusted odds ratio [OR] = 3.00; 95% confidence interval [CI] 1.48-6.06; P 0.002) excessive daytime sleepiness OR 4.49; CI 2.12-9.52; < 0.001). The time, depth, ascent rate, table use showed no significant associations good sleepers group. was 2.20; 1.07-4.54; 0.032). CONCLUSIONS Our results had than non-divers. Decompression contributes Prevention early detection sickness-related should an health priority.
