摘要: Deregulation in power systems has created new uncertainties and increased the previous ones. The presence of these uncertainties, high investment costs, long period return cause transmission network to remain monopoly private investors not being interested investing this section. This paper presents a approach for expansion planning (TEP) order maximize absorption. robust optimization method is used model inherent associated with estimated cost candidate lines forecasted system load. genetic algorithm (GA) is, also, utilized as methodology solve problem. According algorithm, operators will introduce most attractive plans uncertainties. In verify effectiveness proposed method, it been applied IEEE RTS 24-bus system.
