摘要: Resveratrol (3,4′,5-trihydroxystilbene) is a polyphenolic phytoalexin present in the skins of variety foods and vegetable including grapes, berries, peanuts. The richest source resveratrol roots Polygonum cuspidatum (Ko-jo-kon) mainly cultivated China Japan. grapes contain about 50–100 mg resveratrol, believed to be responsible for cardioprotective properties red wine, which contains 0.2–7 mg/l wine.
