摘要: Abstract In this work, low-cost ceramic clay ultra-filtration membranes have been fabricated with a low sintering temperature, using natural aluminosilicate nanotubes (Halloysite) for the separation of macromolecular proteins. Tubular supports were prepared from quartz sand and calcite (natural materials) extrusion method. The effect calcination temperatures on structure membrane was studied in order to obtain appropriate average pore size (APS) porosity. Using slip casting technique, two layers deposited supports. titania (TiO2) intermediate layer Halloysite top-layer sintered at 1050 580 °C, respectively. characterized terms mechanical properties, porosity; pores distribution, water permeability scanning electron microscopy. Finally, capability proteins (proteins used include: bovine serum albumin, egg albumin casein), is evaluated.
