摘要: A novel sensor calibration technique has been applied for temperature measurements with an inaccuracy of 0.1% the full scale. PTAT and bandgap reference circuit a sigma-delta AD converter have integrated on same chip together digital circuitry. The output can be calibrated offset, gain, 2nd-order non-linearity errors arbitrary range in between ?40°C 125°C.
