摘要: An improved clay-stabilized bituminous emulsion surface-coating composition and method of preparation therefore, including an aqueous a surfactant selected from the group consisting neutral polyamines, partially fully acid-neutralized polyamine salts, mixtures thereof having structural formula [R(NH.sub.2 R").sub.n NH.sub.n,].sup.+Yz Y(X.sup.-z) wherein R is lipophile ##STR1## R' alkyl chain 3-26 carbon atoms, R" hydrocarbon fragment 2-6 n integer 0-4, n' 2-3, z 0-5 corresponding to degree neutralization positive charge, X anion fully- or partially-unprotonated mono- polyacids, Y number anions negative charge.
