摘要: Abstract The wide use of biodiesel has been driven by its reduction potential on greenhouse emissions from diesel engines without significant technological modifications. In this study a engine for non-road applications fuelled with Waste Cooking Oil blended commercial fossil fuel at 6% and 30% v/v. line literature trends, experimental results indicate PM only slight increase in NOx emissions. This focused particular the analysis PM/NO2 ratio presence Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC). fact, although NO2/NOx raw exhaust is almost unaffected, shows NO-NO2 light-off temperature. can ensure more favorable operating conditions Particulate Filter (DPF), positive effect consumption reduction. order to deeply analyze these issues, numerical model an Aftertreatment system (AS) representing DOC DPF developed validated data.
