摘要: The objective of these studies was to set up a reliable radioimmunoassay (RIA) for staphylococcal enterotoxins A, B, and C (SEA, SEB, SEC) in food system. Significant differences (95% confidence limits) were obtained between the 0- 1-ng/ml enterotoxin standards, so sensitivity RIAs 1 ng/ml. Polystyrene tubes coated with anti-SEB stored at 4 degrees unstable. percentage iodinated SEB bound decreased rate 0.33%/day, contrast 0.07%/day prepared day before analyses. Satisfactory precision maximum by using six replicates each sample freshly tubes. antisera used coating reused four times frozen coatings. process drum drying mashed potatoes containing mug per g inactivated 83% (wt/wt) SEB. Statistical quality control parameters insure that performing reliably Over 450 samples potato flakes granules, which represented different production lots from 12 manufacturers, examined SEA, SEC. No detected.
