摘要: Abstract Understanding the genetic control of cardiac development has been greatly assisted by newly acquired ability to generate targeted mutations in mouse. A number genes that directly or indirectly affect have now reported, and phenotypes these suggested is under complex control. Further analysis mouse model system should help elucidate etiology human congenital cardiovascular anomalies.
