摘要: This study examined the impact of psychosocial work organization on cardiovascular disease (CVD) morbidity and nine-year cumulative mortality incidence for a random sample male Swedish working population (N = 7219). A multiplicative measure was constructed to model combined effects psychological job demands, work-related social support control. Highly strained isolated workers had higher age-adjusted prevalence ratio CVD risk when compared with those under less more collective conditions. Blue-collar showed greatest both groups highly conditions were in Strained also substantially probability developing dying at younger age than did adverse environments.
