摘要: Abstract The helical-wedge rolling (HWR) process is a new metal forming technique for producing spherical parts of various dimensions. In this paper, the overall details HWR are described and important parameters that control systematically discussed. A experimental method, developed under laboratory conditions, showed can produce steel (balls) with high manufacturing quality. Numerical simulations were carried out using commercially available FEM software (Simufact) to show stress, strain, temperature distributions in rolled balls. addition, variation forces moments during analyzed. Based on numerical investigations, has been found be viable enhancing quality productivity formed products.
