摘要: Abstract A programmable droplet-based microfluidic serial dilutor platform is presented, which capable of generating a series droplets with the scalable stepwise concentration gradient sample. Sequential dilution target molecule was automatically performed in sub-nanoliter scale by synchronizing peristaltic mixer and valve-assisted droplet generator. The volume dispensed from controlled microvalve operation, enabled to tune various factors.
