摘要: Abstract A programmable droplet-based microfluidic serial dilutor platform is presented, which capable of generating a series droplets with the scalable stepwise concentration gradient sample. Sequential dilution target molecule was automatically performed in sub-nanoliter scale by synchronizing peristaltic mixer and valve-assisted droplet generator. The volume dispensed from controlled microvalve operation, enabled to tune various factors. After evaluation efficiency calibration size at different valve operating conditions, dilutions rhodamine B isothiocyanate-dextran demonstrated, an automated manner, three Specifically, effect temperature on variations fluorescent intensity quantified. This will open new avenues, analytical tool, evaluate complex chemical biochemical reactions, especially when limited sample available, for example, early stage drug discovery process developing.
