摘要: Magnetically soft amorphous glass-coated microwires are suitable for numerous sensor applications. Their typical dimensions – metallic nucleus diameter of 1 to 50 m and glass coating thickness 30 make them promising candidates high frequency applications, especially given their sensitive giant magneto-impedance (GMI) response in the MHz GHz ranges (Torrejon et al, 2009). The magnetic properties determined by composition, which gives sign magnitude magnetostriction, as well diameter, thickness, ratio extremely relevant level internal stresses induced during preparation. magneto-mechanical coupling between magnetostriction is mainly responsible distribution anisotropy axes domain structure formation. Microwires generally display a core-shell nucleus, with orthogonal easy axes, e.g. axial core circumferential or radial shell, schematically shown Fig. 1.
