摘要: Endophytic and epiphytic survival population growth of Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. (Psav), the causal agent olive knot disease, were studied for first time in Olea europaea subsp. cuspidata. Five different strains Psav, isolated from geographic areas, inoculated into wounds O. cuspidata European (O. europaea) plants that 3, 9, or 20 months age to evaluate endophytic survival. Epiphytic two Psav sprayed on leaves 2-year old was also assessed. Pathogenicity tests showed is susceptible Psav. Pathogen rates did not differ significantly between subspecies. No correlation observed weight pathogen density. Plant influence host–pathogen interaction. regardless strain, reproduced better than olive. Together, these results indicate control measures are necessary prevent spread introduced areas where native.
