摘要: In this work, a glassy carbon electrode was modified with methionine functionalized conjugated molecule, realizing novel Hg2+ electrochemical sensor. The overall assay scheme included an accumulation step, the measurement and regeneration step. All these aspects have been optimized including time, cleaning procedure stability of sensing layer.
