摘要: The acidification liquid of waste activated sludge (WAS) could be used as the additional carbon source biological nutrient removal. Recently, optimization operating conditions for metabolites has attracted much attention. In this study, a three-factor Box-Behnken design (BBD) was applied to determine relative importance various factors and optimum during using response surface method (RSM). individual variables on production soluble chemical oxygen demand (SCOD) suspended solids (SS) > shaking rate initial oxidation-reduction potential (ORP). increase SS content led decrease degree. Low promote mass exchange microbial activity. maximum SCOD yield (9288.5 mg/L) predicted under condition at 8.0 g/L SS, 144.0 mV ORP, 60.0 r/min rate. Also, releasing protein carbohydrate calculated responses. effect ORP had significant releasing, respectively. This study would provide valuable information increasing efficiency acidification.
