摘要: Further results from an experimental study of membrane fouling and permeate flux decline during crossflow microfiltration are presented. A computer controlled microfilter a variety well characterised particulate solids polymeric membranes were used to acquire range data over typical operating conditions. Example data highlight influences the process parameters filtration pressure, crossflow velocity, suspension concentration, particle surface charge, and demonstrate interdependence conditions with size, size distribution shape. Many obtained discussed respect existing literature which apparently contradictory, but current provides explanations for these contradictions enable conclusions be drawn.
