摘要: Tracking data from voles ( Microtus pennsylvanicus ) and its occasional predator, the short-tailed shrew Blarina brevicauda ), confined together in an outdoor enclosure (20 by 40 meters), demonstrated that tend to avoid places frequented shrews. Laboratory tests indicated shrews more than they laboratory mice a vole's response is similar odor. One of testing procedures generated U-shaped curves exploratory behavior.
