摘要: Vehicular ad hoc networks VANETs have drawn increasing attention in recent years due to their wide range of applications. At the present time, vehicle communication is exposed many security threats, such as denial service DoS attacks. In these attacks, a malicious node forges large number fake identities. Internet Protocol IP spoofing addresses disrupt proper functioning fair data transfer between two fast moving vehicles. this paper, attacks been detected and defended by using Bloom-filter based IP-CHOCK detection method, which provides availability for legitimate vehicles VANET. The committed fraud nodes also investigated. This method secure well frees bandwidth. proposed approach requires fewer resources easy deploy. Simulation results shown that efficient effective detect defend against Specifically, faster lower storage capacity, computational cost. Copyright © 2014 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
