摘要: In this brief overview we discuss the association between Wnt signaling and colon cell biology tumorigenesis. Our current understanding of role Apc in β-catenin destruction complex is compared with potential roles for adhesion migration. The requirement phosphorylation proteasomal-mediated degradation contrasted phospho-β-catenin activation transcription, synergy Myb regulation transcription crypt stem cells during discussed. Finally, effects growth factor regulatory systems, or truncated-Apc on morphogenesis, localization fission are considered.
