Plasmon modes in N- layer graphene structures at zero temperature

摘要: We investigate the plasmon frequency and broadening function corresponding to Landau damping in a N-MLG structure consisting of N, up 5, MLG sheets at zero temperature. Our results present that dispersions system include an in-phase optical mode $$N - 1$$ out-of-phase acoustic ones. The (acoustic) is higher (lower) than same parameters. quite similar case taking into account temperature effects. In addition, increase separation between layers increases (decreases) (optical) frequency, making curves become identical smaller wave vector. Besides, imbalance carrier density graphene affects significantly on frequencies pattern because it separates some branches far away from others. However, number separated others depends mainly containing different but independent order these system.
