Managing radiation therapy side effects with complementary medicine.

摘要: Over one-third of Americans use complementary and alternative medicine (CAM). The prevalence among cancer patients may even be higher. Complementary therapies reduce possible symptom burdens caused by conventional treatments. Integrating CAM has become more common accepted in clinical oncology. However, little research is available on benefi cial for radiation therapy patients. This article reviews potential that have been shown to effective decreasing the burden related treatments includes observations from practitioners a comprehensive center.
