摘要: Drying of ginger (Zingiber officinale) flakes was studied under fluidized bed conditions in the temperature range 50 to 80°C and pretreatment calcium oxide 1 2.5%. rate at 60°C air decreased from 0.43 0.17 g/s with change moisture content 300 10% d.b. The volatile oil dried 1.2 0.99% increase drying 80°C. effect concentration on colour L*(lightness) value ratio non-significant P>0.05, however, these had significant rehydration ratio.
