摘要: Because collagen is a major component of the human atherosclerotic plaque, factors controlling synthesis may have profound influence on volume growth these intimal lesions. In arteries, we compared normal vs media intimas for type I gene expression using immunocytochemistry and in situ messenger RNA hybridization with subsequent correlations plaque topographical features.
