A novel near-infrared fluorescent probe for the dynamic monitoring of the concentration of glutathione in living cells

摘要: Abstract In this study, a water-soluble, near-infrared fluorescent probe (EQR-S) was designed for the measurement of glutathione (GSH) concentration. Responses different interfering substances to developed were investigated, and luminescence mechanism examined by theoretical calculations. Results revealed that EQR-S can be applied rapid, sensitive determination GSH concentration with detection limit 69 nM. Based on above advantages, successfully investigate fluctuation in living cells under high-temperature stress.
