摘要: Abstract The most common fractures in the spine take place thoracolumbar region. Currently there is no consensus regarding optimum treatment. Objective Analyze current medical literature available treatment of compression spine. Methods Research databases. Results Regarding literature, we found Conclusions Burst junction a very condition, each patient must be individualized. Conservative recommended for stable without neurological compromise and less than 35° kyphosis.
