摘要: Introduction There is a paucity of patient reported outcome measure (PROM) data for women with urethral strictures. To address this gap, we aim to evaluate change in PROM among who underwent surgery stricture. Methods American Urological Association Symptom Index (AUA-SI) and Urogenital Distress Inventory (UDI-6) from multi-institutional retrospective cohort study treated stricture was assessed. Results Fifty-seven had either AUA-SS or UDI-6 26 baseline postoperative either. Most urethroplasty (77%) the majority (73%) remained free at median follow-up 21 months (interquartile range [IQR] 7-37). The AUA-SI (IQR 12-28) 10 5-24). After treatment, there decrease 12 -18 -2) (p = 0.003). AUA Quality life (QOL) score were 6 4-6) 3 2-5), respectively. AUA-QOL improvement 2 points (-5,0; p 0.007) 5 (unhappy) (mixed). Median scores 50 33-75) 17 0-39), follow-up. 19 (-31 -11; 0.01). Conclusion Women strictures have severe lower urinary tract symptoms which improved after surgery. This substantiates claims that recognizing treating disease greatly improves QOL.
