摘要: El seno esfenoidal se caracteriza por la gran proximidad de elementos anatomicos nobles: el cavernoso, nervio optico, carotida interna y los nervios oculomotores. Se han publicado pocos articulos con series extensas pacientes; mayoria trabajos son cortas o casos clinicos aislados. Las esfenoiditis formas infrecuentes sinusitis, que suelen manifestarse sintomas inespecificos, como cefalea, pueden complicarse riesgos secuelas graves cuando diagnostico tratamiento tardios. La exploracion mediante tomografia computarizada (TC) resonancia magnetica (RM) dos tecnicas rentables, permiten confirmar sinusitis posterior. Tambien permiten precisar extension infecciosa en las complicadas. cirugia es basico pacientes esfenoiditis, especial Los sistemas navegacion asistida ordenador constituyen una aportacion considerable esta esfenoidal.
