摘要: Dielectric response of the porous YCrO3 nanoceramic has been investigated as a function sintering temperature. Pore structure at different temperatures studied by small-angle neutron scattering (SANS). It observed that overall polydispersity pore-size distribution decreases and loss peak ac dielectric gets pronounced with slight shift towards higher frequency increasing A non-Debye to Debye type transition is beyond temperature 1400 °C. results were explained on basis pore morphology, connectivity between pores.
