摘要: A new technique was used to simultaneously determine human cytomegalovirus (HCMV)-specific CD4+ and CD8+ T-cells in highly active anti-retroviral therapy (HAART)-naive HAART-treated patients infected with immunodeficiency virus (HIV). HIV-infected HCMV infection, but without disease, showed low numbers of HCMV-specific cells high T-cells, both before during HAART. disease had no extremely levels T-cells.
