摘要: Traditional design methods cannot fulfill on the rich scope of requirements when designing complex services for modern ICT environment. Multi-method approaches to data collection bear a promise offer better understanding complexities related information technologies, but lack established theoretical frameworks guide research work. Drawing theories social learning, sense-making, consumer research, and ethnographical studies infrastructure, we propose multidisciplinary framework multi-method obtaining insights into inter-related roles uses contexts in which use decisions consumption takes place.
