摘要: Objective We have previously reported the use of an atriopericardial or "sutureless" repair for surgical management postoperative pulmonary vein stenosis. The potential avoiding geometric distortion venous suture lines and preventing post-repair stenosis encouraged us to extend this technique primary "simple" total anomalous connection repair. Methods Between January 1997 July 2009, 57 consecutive patients (median age, 15 days; median weight, 3.4 kg) underwent sutureless conventional Results Types included supracardiac in 31 (54%), cardiac (26%), infracardiac 11 (19%). Median follow-up time was 2.9 years. Preoperative mean score, a composite measure all 4 veins, 0.3/0–12, vertical obstruction found 35 (61.4%). A carried out 21 (36.8%; supracardiac, n = 12; cardiac, n = 4; infracardiac, n = 5). group had proportionally greater high-risk (24% vs 16%, P = .05). Primary outcomes death reoperation scores (0.2 ± 0.7 1.7, = .26) were not different between techniques. Conclusions more higher rate decline right ventricular systolic pressure. Despite increased preoperative risk, no difference observed group.
