摘要: The micro-anatomical changes associated with lordotic and kyphotic vertebral curvatures (VC) in juvenile adult Senegalese sole Solea senegalensis are described. In addition, it is demonstrated that the tissue cellular structures of individual vertebrae can be severely affected. Two main conformations were found deformed specimens: flattened dorso-ventral compression trapezoidal forming concave convex sides under compressive tensile stresses. Histological analyses revealed occurrence an ectopic cartilaginous within acellular bone, both juveniles adults, possibly to cope altered mechanical stress vertebrae. results suggest alteration loading which curved columns subjected might trigger reshaping differentiation cells towards this tissue. mesenchymal appear play important role its formation. It here proposed bone S. capable adaptively responding regimes at structural level by recruiting chondrocyte-like areas stress.
