摘要: Ni0.5 Zn0.5 Fe2 O4 powder was prepared by standard ceramic methods at precalcination and ferritisation temperatures of 800° 1250°C respectively. The ferrite doped with oxides titanium, zirconium niobium in nominal weight percentages 0.5, 1,2,5 10 the respective oxides. Lattice parameter values pycnometric densities samples were determined. magnetic saturation moment σs (emu/gm) determined room temperature using a vibrating sample magnetometer maximum field 6.5 koes. base had density 5.258 gm/ml, lattice 8.3974 A value 71.44 emu/gm. Titanium ferrites showed sharp fall up to 0.0240 mole fraction followed monotonic rise higher concentrations. first increased then decreased monotonically.
