摘要: A plasmid and a DNA fragment each of which contains gene for tetracycline resistance derived from glutamic acid-producing coryneform bacterium, bacterium containing said fragment. The is useful selective marker in effecting the breeding by genetic recombination. Using plasmid, or present invention, can be easily effectively conducted means recombinant technique.
