摘要: AbstractA suitable method for separating free drug and other residual compounds from drug-loaded, colloidal polymeric particles was developed. The objective of this separation procedure to purify particle suspensions on a preparative scale by rapid, simple, exact without changing the properties particles. gel filtration described in paper using middle-pressure chromatographic system is able meet all these requirements. process could be optimized only water as an eluent combination with Sephadex® G 50 medium. purified appeared after 12-13 min eluate. Neither dispersity nor size or loading rate were influenced considerable extent.
