摘要: Provided herein are small molecule activators of calcium-activated chloride channels. These molecules may be used for treatment diseases and disorders that treatable by activating channels, such as cystic fibrosis, related to salivary gland dysfunction (for example, Sjogren's syndrome following radiation injury), dry eye syndrome, intestinal hypomotility.
