摘要: The development of genetic detection protocols for field applications is an important aspect modern medical diagnostic technology and environmental monitoring. In this paper, we report a rapid, portable, inexpensive DNA hybridization technique using bead-based microfluidic platform that functions by passing fluorescently labeled target through chamber packed with functionalized beads within channel. then assessed digital camera attached to Clare Chemical DR-45M dark reader non-UV transilluminator uses visible light as excitation source blue amber filter reveal fluorescence. This approach significantly enhances reducing the diffusion time between silica surface. use probe-functionalized solid support also sensitivity limit due larger surface area per unit volume. could be adapted in monitoring, including harmful organisms ballast water ships.
