摘要: Abstract Thousands of live young domestic animals have been produced by the transfer cryopreserved embryos, indicating that such embryos can withstand exposure to extreme subzero temperatures. Paradoxically, some types may be severely altered or damaged simply being cooled below physiological For example, in vivo-derived pigs and vitro-derived cattle are extremely sensitive chilling +14°C, whereas sheep not. This sensitivity is dependent on embryo's stage development, conditions under which it develops. Furthermore, an appears correlated with its freezing sensitivity. Understanding basis injury will undoubtedly lead a better understanding sensitivity, as well early embryology animals.
