摘要: The influence of alkali treatment on wool keratin and silk fibroin was investigated in a medium K2CO3 at 50° C. It found that the denaturing action LiBr affects reactivity reactions disulfides differently from stretching fibers does.Since sum total sulfur-containing amino acids remains constant during both native denatured wool, participation cystine formation lysinoalanine is excluded. suggested seryl residues are responsible for α-amino acrylic acid which combine with lysine present or to form lysinoalanine. sulfur content as obtained by direct determination, higher than expected values, this indicates presence compounds formed treatment, not analyzed any known acids.
