摘要: Eco-friendly, rapid, and cost-effective two spectrophotometric methods were developed validated for the determination of atenolol, paracetamol, hydrochlorothiazide, levofloxacin. The first method is newly extended derivative ratio (EDR) second multivariate curve resolution—alternating least squares (MCR-ALS). In EDR method, amplitudes at 281.6, 237.6, 279.2, 282.8 nm used quantification levofloxacin, respectively. MCR-ALS calibration model was correlation constraint employed. External validation data set composed seven mixtures used, different figures merits such as root mean square error prediction, standard bias, relative prediction calculated, satisfactory results obtained. Both provided comparable results. applied target analytes in dosage forms, spiked real human urine. Thereafter, obtained statistically compared to published revealed no significant difference regarding accuracy precision. Furthermore, greenness profile evaluated using National Environmental Methods Index “NEMI” Analytical Eco-Scale. can be a valid eco-friendly simple alternative commonly chromatographic routine analysis studied drugs forms
